Easy veg sandwich using mayonnaise
Veg sandwich using using mayonnaise is a very simple and healthy recipe. The mayonnaise I used in this recipe is veg base and the entire dish is a veg recipe.
To make veg mayonnaise sandwich choose a bread of you choice like whole wheat bread, brown bread or white sandwich bread. I have used white sandwich bread. And for the stuffing vegetables like carrot, onion tomato, capsicum,cabbage are used and for the dressing lime juice and veg mayonnaise paste are used. In this recipe I have used a tawa/frying pan but to get a grilling texture use a toaster or a oven.
This sandwich is very healthy snacking and breakfast option for people looking for quick and healthy recipes. Use tomato ketchup or green chutney as side if you want more flavor.

How to make easy veg mayonnaise sandwich step by step recipe instructions
Step 1
To make the stuffing for the sandwich, take a mixing bowl and add onion, tomato,cabbage, carrot and green chilli (Chop the vegetables finely). Along with it add the lime juice,veg mayonnaise, salt and red chilli flakes. Mix them all together and make the stuffing.
Step 2:
Take a sandwich bread and spread some butter to it and add the prepared veg mayo stuffing. Close the it with another buttered bread.
Step 3:
FInally time to toast the veg mayo sandwich. Heat the tawa or a frying pan and coat it with butter. Next place the prepared veg mayo sandwich on the tawa and cook till both the sides turns golden brown.

- frying pan/tawa
Ingredients
- 4 Sandwich bread
- Butter
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tbsp carrot
- 1/4 tbsp Capsicum
- 2 to 4 tbsp Cabbage
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Add all the Ingredients and mix it well and make the stuffing
- Now butter the sandwich bread and add the stuffing and close the bread with another
- Heat the tawa or frying pan and spread some butter
- Place the stuffed bread and cook both the sides till the outer layer of the bread turns golden brown
