  • 20 Prawns
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium green chilli
  • 4 tbsp Coriander/parsley leaves
  • 14 to 17 Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt


Cooking Prawns

  • Heat the frying pan and grease some oil
  • Place all the prawns keeping some distance between them
  • Then flip and cook the other side
  • Cook till the prawns turn pink and curled up

Cooking garlic butter sauce

  • Heat a sauce pan and add oil and butter to it
  • Now, add garlic and saute well. Next add parsley/coriander and mix them well
  • Once they are sauteed add prawns and mix them well.
  • Next, add pepper and salt. Mix them all well and cook till flavors are absorbed into the prawn
  • Finally, add water and cook till the sauce thickens keeping the sauce pan closed. app 3 to 5 min in medium flame
  • Creamy garlic butter prawn is ready to serve
