Ingredients

  • 20 Kashmiri chilli
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Kashmiri chilli paste - soak kashmiri chilli in warm water for 30 minutes and grind it into thick and fine paste.
  • Next, in a sauce pa add oil and add ginger and garlic. saute for a few seconds.
  • Now add the prepared paste and and saute for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
  • After 3 minutes add soy sauce, vinigar, tomato sauce, pepper, sugar and salt. Mix and saute for few seconds.
  • Now add water and cook till the sauce thickens. Schezwan sauce is ready!
