  • Pan/Kadai


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger(optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Onion
  • 2 tbsp Green bean
  • 3 tbsp Carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled chicken
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • Boil 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 Scrambled egg


  • In a pan add oil and heat it up. Next add ginger and garlic. Saute well
  • Add onion and saute for few seconds. Now add green bean and carrot, saute well.
  • Now add blacl pepper, red chilli powder and salt and mix well
  • Add boiled chicken along with soy sauce and vinegar. Give a good mix and add schezwan sauce and mix again.
  • Next add boiled rice. Mix and saute well for a few seconds
  • Finally add scrambled eggs and mix it. Shezwan chicken fried rice is ready.
