Equipment

Ingredients

  • 350 ML Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Choco chip
  • Vanilla essence few drops

Instructions

  • In a pan add 250 ml milk and add 2 tbsp cacao powder and corn flour. Whisk it till cocao and cornflour dissolves in milk without any lumps
  • Now switch on the flame and place the pan. Heat the mixture and keep stirring.
  • Add rest of the milk and keep mixing.
  • Now add fresh cream and whisk it continuously. It will form a creamy texture
  • Add sugar and mix till it melts
  • Next, add choco chips and mix till the chocolate melts. Keep stirring in medium flame for about 3 to 5 minutes
  • Finally, add some venilla essence and mix till the the mixture becomes thick and glossy.
  • Now, cool the pudding and transfer it to small cups/bowls. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigirator and for 3 to 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours remove the bowl from the refrigerator and remove the cover.
  • Chocolate pudding is ready!
