- 2 tbsp Oil
- 6 Red chilli
- 1 Small Tomato
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Water
Tomato chilli paste
In a bowl add red chilli, and tomato. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes
After 30 min grind it into a fine paste
Making sauce
Switch on the flame and heat up a sauce pan. In the sauce pan add oil.
Once the oil warms up add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds
Next, add soy sauce and vinegar. Mix and saute.
Now, add the tomato chilli paste and mix well
Bring the sauce to boil and saute till the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce thickens, switch off the flame and serve it with hot momos
