Ingredients

  • 150 grams Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions

Chicken marination

  • In a bowl add 150 grams chicken,1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp maida, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix it all well and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes

Chicken 65 fry

  • In a frying pan add oil to shallow fry the chicken.
  • In medium flame, add the marinated chicken and shallow fry on both sides.
  • Fry till the outer layer becomes crispy.
  • Once done remove it from the pan and add curry leaves in the same oil
  • Fry for a few seconds and remove the curry leaves and garnish fried chicken 65
