Instructions
Chicken marination
In a bowl add 150 grams chicken,1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp maida, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Mix it all well and marinate for 30 to 60 minutes
Chicken 65 fry
In a frying pan add oil to shallow fry the chicken.
In medium flame, add the marinated chicken and shallow fry on both sides.
Fry till the outer layer becomes crispy.
Once done remove it from the pan and add curry leaves in the same oil
Fry for a few seconds and remove the curry leaves and garnish fried chicken 65
