In a new bowl add 25 to 30 prawns along with one egg and 1 tsp soy sauce.
Mix it all together and keep it aside
Next, in a new bowl all 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup corn starch, and 1 tsp salt.
Mix it together and keep it aside
Now, dip and coat the prawns in the flour mixture until it is completely covered.
Once done, remove it from the mixture and place it in a plate
Next, in a shallow frying pan, heat oil and deep fry all the coated prawns.
Fry until it is crispy and golden brown.
Once done, remove it from the pan and place it in a plate
Complete the batches and sever it hot with dynamite shrimp sauce.
