Ingredients

Dynamite prawns/shrimp Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

Preparing prawns/shrimps

  • 25 to 30 Prawns/shrimps
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

For coating the prawns/shrimps

  • 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Dynamite shrimp/prawns sauce

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce, and 2 tbsp sriracha sauce.
  • Mix it all together using a spoon or whip it all together
  • Dynamite shrimp/prawns sauce is ready!

Preparing the prawns

  • In a new bowl add 25 to 30 prawns along with one egg and 1 tsp soy sauce.
  • Mix it all together and keep it aside
  • Next, in a new bowl all 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup corn starch, and 1 tsp salt.
  • Mix it together and keep it aside
  • Now, dip and coat the prawns in the flour mixture until it is completely covered.
  • Once done, remove it from the mixture and place it in a plate
  • Next, in a shallow frying pan, heat oil and deep fry all the coated prawns.
  • Fry until it is crispy and golden brown.
  • Once done, remove it from the pan and place it in a plate
  • Complete the batches and sever it hot with dynamite shrimp sauce.
