Lightly roast 1/4 cup peanuts
Once the peanuts are roasted add 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp chana dal, and 1 tbsp urad dal. Roast for a few seconds
Now add 6 to 7 kashmiri chilli and add 1 tsp jeera
Next, add cloves of garlic, grated coconut, and 1/4 tsp hing. Roast them all on low flame.
Add 1 small ball of tamarind,1 strand of curry leaves, and 1/2 tsp salt. Roast them all well.
Once done cool the mixture and grind it into a coarse powder.
We can store this powder in an airtight glass container for a month
