Soak 1 cup rice for 20 minutes after rinsing it thoroughly
After 20 minutes boil the soaked rice using 1 1/2 cup water.
Once boiled, remove the rice and place it in a place. keep it ready.
Next, in a kadai add 1 tbsp ghee in low flame
Now add chopped garlic and saute until golden brown
Next, add chopped chilli and saute for a few seconds
Now add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
Finally, add cooked rice to the mixture.
Mix well and then finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well again.
Serve hot!
