Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Basmati rice
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped garlic
  • 3 Medium Green chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves Optional

Instructions

  • Soak 1 cup rice for 20 minutes after rinsing it thoroughly
  • After 20 minutes boil the soaked rice using 1 1/2 cup water.
  • Once boiled, remove the rice and place it in a place. keep it ready.
  • Next, in a kadai add 1 tbsp ghee in low flame
  • Now add chopped garlic and saute until golden brown
  • Next, add chopped chilli and saute for a few seconds
  • Now add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
  • Finally, add cooked rice to the mixture.
  • Mix well and then finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well again.
  • Serve hot!
