In a bowl add 1 Cup Chopped onions, 1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum, 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato, 2 Large Green chilli, 1 inch Chopped ginger, and 1/4 Cup Chopped coriander.
Mix it all well
Next, add 3/4 tsp Salt, 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder to it and mix well.
Now add 4 large eggs and add it to the mixture. Mix and bind them well.
Next, grease a frying pan/tawa using butter.
Now toast all the bread slices equally on both sides
Once all the bread slices are toasted, add a scoop of omelette mixture to the tawa and place a toasted bread slice on top of it.
Gently tap on the bread so that the bread and omelette mixture binds well
Next, add some omelette mixture to the top of the bread.
Flip and cook the other side of the bread along with omelette mixture.
After a few seconds, when the omelette is ready remove it from the pan and serve hot.
