In a pan add 100ml of ghee
In medium flame, add 2 cinnamon and 2 bay leaf. Saute for a few seconds.
Next, add chopped onion and cook until translucent
Now, add chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds
Next, add 2 green chilli along with some coriander and mint leaves.
Cook for a minute.
Next, add chopped tomatoes and cook for a few seconds.
Now, add 4 cups of fresh coconut milk along with 1 tbsp salt. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
Next, add soaked rice and give a good mix.
Now again bring it to a boil.
Once it starts to boil, cover, and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cook until the coconut milk is completely absorbed and serve hot
