  • Tawa/frying pan


  • 4 tsp  oil
  • 2 medium onions finely Chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies
  • tsp  red chilli powder
  • 1/4  tsp  turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • tbsp  freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2  cup  water
  • 5 eggs


  • In a pan add oil and then add chopped onion. Cook them until translucent on medium heat.
  • Saute for a few seconds and then add green chili.
  • Next add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
  • Mix them well and cook the masala well for few minutes on low flame.
  • Add some water and give a mix along with 1 tsp salt.
  • Break the eggs and add them into the masala.
  • Cook the eggs for few minutes on low flame.
  • Flip the eggs and cook the other side too for few minutes on low flame and add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Make sure both the sides of the eggs are cooked well.
  • Once done, serve hot!
