  • Sauce pan


  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tsp Instant coffee
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar


  • In a sauce pan add 3 tbsp Corn flour and 2 tsp instant coffee powder to 2 cups of milk.
  • Mix it all together.
  • Next, add 1/2 cup of sugar to it mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Now, switch on the stove and place the sauce pan or a deep-frying pan and bring it to a boil.
  • Keep whisking to avoid lumps in the mixture.
  • Once it starts boiling, bring the mixture to a thick and glossy texture.
  • Once the mixture is thickened, switch off the flame and cool down the mixture.
  • Transfer the cooled pudding mixture to a mold along with some coco nibs.
  • Next, refrigerate the mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve it with some chia seeds for more flavor
