In a sauce pan add 3 tbsp Corn flour and 2 tsp instant coffee powder to 2 cups of milk.
Mix it all together.
Next, add 1/2 cup of sugar to it mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Now, switch on the stove and place the sauce pan or a deep-frying pan and bring it to a boil.
Keep whisking to avoid lumps in the mixture.
Once it starts boiling, bring the mixture to a thick and glossy texture.
Once the mixture is thickened, switch off the flame and cool down the mixture.
Transfer the cooled pudding mixture to a mold along with some coco nibs.
Next, refrigerate the mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve it with some chia seeds for more flavor
