Ingredients

  • 200 Grams Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 3 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Medium Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions

  • In a kadai/pan add 2 tbsp Butter and 1 tsp oil.
  • Once the butter melts add 3 tsp chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds. Next, add 1 medium green chilli. Mix and saute well.
  • Next, add 200 Grams Chicken and mix well. Then close the pan and cook for a minute so that the flavor is absorbed to the chicken.
  • Finally add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp pepper and mix well.
  • Roast until the masala is cooked and gets absorbed in the chicken.
