potato fry recipe
Crispy and spicy potato fry recipe with easy step by step instructions by shallow frying thin slices of potatos.
Servings: 4 People
- 1 Large Potato Thin sliced
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Oil
In a bowl add 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Salt , 1 tsp Coriander powder , and 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder. Mix it well.
Slice the potato in to thin pieces and add it to the masala. Mix it all well with some lemon juice and marinate for 30 minutes.
Next, in a pan add 3 tbsp oil and warm it up. Add the marinated potato slices and shallow fry it on both the sides until golden brown.
Once done, remove it from the pan and place it in a bowl.
