  • Pan


  • 1 Large Potato Thin sliced
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Oil


  • In a bowl add 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Salt , 1 tsp Coriander powder , and 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder. Mix it well.
  • Slice the potato in to thin pieces and add it to the masala. Mix it all well with some lemon juice and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Next, in a pan add 3 tbsp oil and warm it up. Add the marinated potato slices and shallow fry it on both the sides until golden brown.
  • Once done, remove it from the pan and place it in a bowl.
