  • Tawa


  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Small Green chili
  • 1/6 inch Ginger
  • 4-5 Mint leaves
  • 2 Strand Coriander
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1/6 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Pinch Tumeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt


  • Finely chop the onion, ginger, coriander, green chilli, mint leaves and curry leaves and keep it aside
  • Now, break open the eggshell and transfer it to a bowl
  • Add, salt, red chilli, turmeric, pepper and beat it finely till all the powder gets completely dissolved in egg
  • Now add rest of the chopped vegetables and again beat it till the mixture and vegetables are nicely mixed. Keep it aside.
  • Switch on the stove and place the Tawa and allow it to get heated
  • Add oil and bring it to cracking temperature.
  • Bring the flame to low and add the prepared mixture and spread it evenly
  • Wait till it's half cooked and then flip it
  • Cook both sides and serve hot
