Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Godhuma/ wheat flour 1/2 cup = 125 ml
  • 1/4 Cup Rice flour
  • 1 Small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup capsicum
  • 1 Small green chili
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • Salt as required

Instructions

  • Add wheat flour in a large mixing bowl
  • Next, add rice flour and salt as required
  • Finally, add the chopped vegetables(onion, capsicum, green chili, and ginger).
  • Now, mix all the ingredients with water and prepare the batter(the batter should be watery for a crispy wheat dosa)
  • Heat the pan/Tawa and coat a layer of oil.
  • Now, spread the batter all over the Tawa and cook in medium flame.
  • Flip the dosa after one part of the dosa is cooked.
  • Wheat dosa is ready to serve.
