Summers are incomplete without the lush and vibrant juicy mangoes. It can be puréed into a juice by itself as it’s loaded with sweet and refreshing flavors. So it is one of the easiest smoothies to make.



We will factor in a few ingredients to give the mango purée that filling and healthy touch to it so that we can have it for our morning breakfast.



You can mix and match the ingredients as you please. And since we are going for a healthier version, we are going to keep it simple and nutritious. I have made this mango smoothie recipe with yogurt, some almond milk, ice cubes and vanilla essence.



If you are looking for a sweeter option but healthy, Please try one or two of the following ingredients while blending.

  1. Honey
  2. Peanut putter
  3. Soaked 2 to 3 dates



You can also top it with some nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews, and pistachios along with flax seeds, chia seeds for a bit of crunch.

Mango smoothie recipe with yogurt and milk. This Indian summer drink is easy to make and refreshes your day!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Mango Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 to 5 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash mango and peel off the mango and dice them into medium-sized pieces.
  • Next, in a blender add 1/2 cups of almond milk, 1 Large diced mango cubes,1/8 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup yogurt, and ice cubes.
  • Blend it all into a smooth mixture and serve cold!

Notes

  1. Alternate : 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of  yogurt
