How to make sweet and spicy chicken:

Step 1:
  • In a bowl add, Cornflour – 1 tbsp, Flour(Maida) – 1 tbsp, Salt – 1/4 tsp, Black pepper – 1/2 tsp, Dark soy sauce – 1/2 tsp, Egg white – 1, and 2 tbsp water.
  • Mix it all together and make it into a paste.
  • Next, add Boneless chicken – 150 grams and mix well.
  • Marinate for 20 minutes
Step 2:
  • In a bowl add Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp, sriracha sauce – 1 tbsp, Vinegar – 1 tsp, Black soy sauce – 1 tsp, Honey – 2 tsp.
  • Mix well and the sauce is read.
Step 3:
  • In a frying pan add oil and warm it up.
  • Next, add the marinated chicken and deep fry them all.
  • Once deep-fried, remove it from the oil and place it in a bowl
Step 4:
  • Next, take a clean frying pan and add 2 tbsp oil and warm it up.
  • Now add, Garlic – 1 tsp, onion – 2 tbsp and saute for a few seconds.
  • Next, add the prepared sauce and mix well
Step 5:
  • Now add 2 tbsp water and mix well. Cook till the sauce starts boiling.
  • Next, add 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
  • Finally, add all the fried chicken and mix it well with the sauce. Coat it well with the sauce and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  • Once it is all coated and cooked well serve hot!
