Dynamite prawns recipe
Dynamite prawns/shrimp is a spicy and crispy recipe made by coating the prawn and deep-frying it. It gives the prawn a rocky and crunchy texture. This covered with spicy mayo sauce makes for a perfect appetizer or sides.
This is a popular dish in Japanese restaurants and surprisingly, easily made in the comfort of home. Right from the ingredients to steps in making the dish. It is easy as a breeze. Also, the dynamite shrimp sauce which adds more flavor and spice to the recipe can be made with three ingredients, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, and sriracha sauce.
Serve it with any main dish or as an appetizer.

How to make dynamite prawns
Step 1: Dynamite shrimp/prawns sauce
In a bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce, and 2 tbsp sriracha sauce.
Mix it all together using a spoon or whip it all together
Dynamite shrimp/prawns sauce is ready!
Step 2: Preparing the prawns
In a new bowl add 25 to 30 prawns along with one egg and 1 tsp soy sauce.
Mix it all together and keep it aside
Step 3:
Next, in a new bowl all 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup corn starch, and 1 tsp salt.
Mix it together and keep it aside
Step 4:
Now, dip and coat the prawns in the flour mixture until it is completely covered.
Once done, remove it from the mixture and place it in a plate
Step 5:
Next, in a shallow frying pan, heat oil and deep fry all the coated prawns.
Fry until it is crispy and golden brown.
Once done, remove it from the pan and place it in a plate
Step 6:
Complete the batches and sever it hot with dynamite shrimp sauce.

- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
