How to make chilli garlic rice
Step 1:
Soak 1 cup rice for 20 minutes after rinsing it thoroughly
After 20 minutes, boil the soaked rice using 1 1/2 cup water.
Step 2:
Once boiled, remove the rice and place it in a place. keep it ready.
Next, in a kadai add 1 tbsp ghee in low flame
Step 3:
Now add chopped garlic and saute until golden brown
Step 4:
Next, add chopped chilli and saute for a few seconds.
Next add 1/4 tsp chopped ginger
Step 5:
Finally, add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well
Step 6:
Add boiled rice and mix well
Finally, garnish some chopped coriander leaves, mix well, and serve hot.

- 1 Cup Basmati rice
- 1/4 Cup Chopped garlic
- 3 Medium Green chilli
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves Optional
Instructions

- Finally, add cooked rice to the mixture.
- Mix well and then finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well again.
- Serve hot!
