Egg omelet

Egg omelet is one of the easiest and healthiest dish for a ravenous appetite.

Chop some vegetables and add some spices to an unboiled egg you are good to cook a delicious omelet in less than five minutes.

Instructions to make egg omelet

Finely chop the onion, ginger, coriander, green chilli, mint leaves and curry leaves and keep it aside


2. Now, break open the eggshell and transfer it to a bowl


3. Add, salt, red chilli, turmeric, pepper and beat it finely till all the powder gets completely dissolved in egg


4. Now add the rest of the chopped vegetables and again beat it till the mixture and vegetables are nicely mixed. Keep it aside.



5. Switch on the stove and place the Tawa and allow it to get heated


6. Add oil and bring it to cracking temperature.


7. Bring the flame to low and add the prepared mixture and spread it evenly



8. Wait till it’s half cooked and then flip it



9. Cook both sides and serve hot

  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1/6 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Pinch Tumeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
